Whenever you need to create virtual buildings or walls that require realistic brick textures, whether for your scenery in a 3D game or for showing your clients realistically textured building designs, Bricks'n'Tiles will help you to create your brick texture images. The program allows you to import and export the files of .bmp, .jpg, .png, .tif and .gif format.
After taking a photograph with your digital camera of any architectural surface you require, just cut a few single bricks from your image source and save each one to an image file for uploading into Bricks'n'Tiles, the program will provide you with different brick algorithms to create your brick pattern. You can also use options within the program to change the hue, saturation and luminance of each brick as well as applying irregular brick borders. Creating special textures for any arches, columns or objects from a single image is also possible for you as this new version of the program supports the generation of highly detailed brick surfaces, which can be saved, for texturing 3D objects. Bricks'n'Tiles includes some example texture files that you can use to experiment with and a user manual is available for you in PDF format.
